A Florida native, raised in Texas, now Tennessee, he's been playing harmonica & guitar for 50 years, Gary is a devotee of blues harpists Paul Butterfield and Charlie McCoy. He's a Bluebird Cafe Nashville regular, presenting his original music to packed crowds. Gary is part of a duo with Stephen Foster, playing concert fronts and live venues from Texas to Michigan to Virginia & Florida. He has a new album under production, featuring Jason Isbell's 400 Unit rhythm section, with Angela Hacker singing backup vocals and Stephen doing keys & guitars and mixing the album.
